Mexican Blend – We vote this coffee most underappreciated. Mexican Blend is a blend for the coffee connoisseur. We adore the Organic Mexican Chiapas beans we’ve selected through the years. They’re known for their near winelike taste qualities. Dry, bold and sharp flavors. A deep coffee taste with a near black tea finish. Elegance in a cup. We smooth this bold bean out a bit with Costa Rican and Kenyan Beans. One of our favorite blends using an espresso machine! Generally roasted medium/dark. The Mexican is a taste experience that should not be missed!
