Two Fox Winery is proud to support our local community. We believe in providing donations for nonprofit organizations that make a meaningful impact on the Key Peninsula. It is important to us that the money raised from our donation stays in our area.

The Legal Stuff
Alcohol can’t be given away for free, so you must have a Special Occasion Licence for us to donate alcohol or alcohol-related experiences. This is a requirement of the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (WSLCB). Check out the Special Occasion License on the WSLCB website for more information.

The Guidelines

We will only consider donation requests filled out through the form on our website.
You must be a nonprofit organization with formal 501(c)3 status AND provide a copy of your IRS designation letter.
For wine related donations, you must have a Special Occasion License (see above).
Please allow at least 6 weeks between your request and the event.
You must pick up the donated item(s), unless other arrangements have been made.
